NNA - Minister of Public Health Firas Abiad visited the Pfizer Vaccine Center of Al-Batool Hospital in the Union Building of Hermel Municipalities, as part of the Pfizer Marathon launched by the Ministry.

Abiad announced the launch of the Pfizer vaccination marathon from the city of Hermel covering the various Bekaa regions, stressing "the importance of vaccination to prevent the spread of the epidemic, especially after the emergence of two cases of Omikron and the suspicion of six other cases."

The Health Minister promised to "support hospitals and primary health care centers in the Hermel district with the available capabilities."

It is to note that the Pfizer Vaccine Center in Hermel is witnessing a significant turnout of cirizens from all targeted ages who are receiving their vaccines.
