10:00 am     “Bicycles for a more beautiful Tripoli” conference organized by “Wasel Delivery” project by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon and Beirut Arab University, at the Beirut Arab University building in Tripoli, followed by a cycling trip starting at 1:00 pm from the university premises passing through Tripoli and its port.
11:00 am     General Assembly of the Association of Veteran Judges at the Palace of Justice in Beirut to approve the 2023 budget and discuss the administrative report, in addition to honoring a number of veteran judges.
1:00 pm      Russian Culture Festival at the invitation of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Lebanon at the National Library - Sanayeh - under the auspices of Minister of Culture Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Mortada.
5:00 pm      Cultural evening titled "RISE UP BEIRUT", sponsored by the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in Lebanon, at the invitation of Captain Nisreen Al-Ashqar to launch “NISRINE collection of artworks” designed in Tunisia, including a theatrical performance at The Crypte Theater - Mono.
