10:00 am   Second regional symposium on “The Role of Local Authorities, Professional Associations, and Economic and Social Councils in Promoting Comprehensive and Multilateral Social Dialogue in Southern Mediterranean Countries”, organized by the Mediterranean Union of Confederations of Enterprises BUSINESSMED, in cooperation with the Arab Trade Union Confederation ATUC, and the Arab Non-Governmental Organizations Network for Development ANND, with the support of the European Commission, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Verdun. 

4:00 pm    Arab Women's Council holds the "Arab Women's Festival 2023 - Seventh Session" marking International Women's Day, under the auspices of Patriarch Cardinal Mar Beshara Boutros Al-Rahi, in strategic partnership with the Arab Organization for Social Responsibility and in cooperation with the Antonine Institute in Beirut, at the conference hall of the Antonine Institute - Hadath - Baabda.

5:30 pm    Ceremony in honor of Rima Sleiman Franjieh, at the invitation of the Antonine Technical Institute marking International Women's Day at the institute's headquarters - Dekwaneh - Deir Mar Roukoz Road, Dahr El Hussein. 

This will be followed by an exhibition of plastic paintings under the supervision of plastic artist, Ghassan Mahfouz, under the title "Women, Color, and Life".

5:30 pm    Celebration organized by “Mousawat - Wardeh Boutros for Women's Work” marking International Women's Day at the Commodore Hotel - Beirut - Hamra Street.
