NNA - A number of young men cut off the international highway at the crossroads of the town of Al-Masoudieh with burning tires, protesting the issuance of an arrest warrant against Ahmad Muhammed Ali, from Al-Haisa, who is accused of smuggling one of the perpetrators of Tripoli explosions, NNA field correspondent reported on Monday.



Army intelligence arrested Ali three days ago.



An army patrol later worked on reopening said highway to traffic.
