NNA - Caretaker minister of Culture Gabi Layyoun, contacted Sunni mufti of Tripoli cleric Malek Sha'ar today to congratulate him at the advent of Eid al-Adha. Layyoun seized the occasion to congratulate him upon his safe return following his "voluntary self-exile" in Paris for nearly one year.
