NNA - Akkar - National News Agency correspondent reported that an explosion occurred at a gas filling station in the town of al-Douseh, owned by the Shaaban family, which led to the death of a woman and her three children and the injury of a fourth child.

Civil defense personnel worked to extinguish the fire, as the Lebanese Red Cross transported the deceased and the injured to nearby hospitals in the area.

Lebanese army units also arrived at the scene, with preliminary information indicating that the cause of the explosion was gas leakage.
