NNA – Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, issued on Monday a memorandum stipulating the closure of public administrations, public institutions, municipalities, and public and private educational institutions on February 14th, 2025, on the occasion of the 20th commemoration of the martyrdom of former Prime Minister Rafic Hariri and his noble comrades.
