NNA - Caretaker Minister of Agriculture, Hussein Hajj Hassan, said Sunday from Bekaa that Hezbollah and its allies are ready to form a cabinet as soon as possible, but the other team is impeding the process.
Hassan told students who passed their official exams in Temnine Faouka that the other team take orders from foreign powers.
"They endeavour to halt governmental work on the pretext that a caretaker cabinet cannot issue new legislative laws. However, ever since 2005 more than forty laws have been passed, some to free prisoners."
