NNA - Caretaker Agriculture Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan on Friday accused March 14 forces of hampering the Parliament and the government formation process.
Hajj Hassan spoke during an honorary ceremony for the official exams' A-list students in South Lebanon.
He said that the reason behind the other party's constant obstruction was their wagering on the regional events, mainly in Syria, to shape a government based on these event's outcome.
