NNA - Future bloc head MP Fouad Siniora on Friday voiced support to agreement over crucial internal Lebanese affairs, rejecting all ongoing hindrances of the legislative work and of the government formation.
MP toured today in Sidon, accompanied with Head of the city's municipality Mohammad Al Saudi, and inspected ongoing development projects.
Siniora said that the government formation issue should be prioritized.
He made clear that the situation in Lebanon would never be stable within the absence of a responsible government to make decisions, in light of the regional changes.
Future bloc Head called upon the Lebanese to meet halfway and resolve through dialogue all disagreements.
"We ought to look into crucial questions in terms of the security situation in Lebanon and citizens' living conditions," he remarked.
Asked about Tripoli's security incidents, Siniora held the government responsible and said it has been drawing security plans without implementing them.
He said there should be only one weapon and one authority across all Lebanese territories.
"The government should regain its prestige," he said.
