NNA - MP Ibrahim Kanaan said the cabinet should convene over approving many files pertaining to daily life matters of citizens, indicating that the oil file is a priority and a dire necessity.
Kanaan's fresh stance came Tuesday in the context of the weekly meeting for the Bloc of Reform and Change at General Michel Aoun's residence in Rabieh.
Kanaan countered the attack against Caretaker Telecommunications Minister Nicholas Sehnaoui regarding the telcom data, explaining that the ministry responded to all the demands presented to it and gave the security apparatuses the necessary data relevant to crimes.
Kanaan said the Free Patriotic Movement nominated, on a democratic basis, Fady Barakat as a candidate for the presidency of attorneys syndicate.
