NNA - Future bloc MP, Ghazi Yusuf, on Tuesday couldn't help but wonder how the Lebanese judiciary would release the abductors of the two Turkish pilots.
He told "Free Lebanon" radio station that this act only encouraged similar kidnapping operations in the future.
"This also teaches us a lesson about the absence of a potent Lebanese state, and unfortunately proves that our country is under the rule of the jungle," he said.
As for Tripoli city's escalating tension, the lawmaker pushed for serious action by the existing cabinet and authorities to ensure security and stability in the city of Tripoli.
"There's an existing but chronic problem which suggests the existence of an armed group which is linked to foreign dictates and wishes to flare up the situation in Tripoli," Yusuf added.
