NNA - Future Parliamentary bloc MP, Ahmad Fatfat, on Tuesday insisted that the best solution to Lebanon's prevailing political impasse was by swiftly forming a new Lebanese cabinet.
"Political stances are in a pressing need for modification, especially those of March 8," he added in an interview with the Voice of Lebanon radio station, making specific reference to cabinet formation and parliament legislation under a caretaker cabinet.
"We refuse to attend a legislative session with a 'loose' works agenda, especially at the presence of a caretaker Council of Ministers," he added.
Moreover, Fatfat ruled out the possibility of finding last-minute solutions "unless Speaker of the House Berri radically changes his position."
"Incase solutions are not reached before the Presidential deadline, then there will be a decision to vacate all state institutions."
