NNA - Blocking the formation of a new government is the responsibility of all politicians, caretaker Youth Affairs 'minister Faysal Karami, stated during a Union of Lebanese and Muslim Boy Scouts' event at UNESCO Palace today.


Crimes befalling Lebanon are the work of foreign intelligence services bent on instigating carnage of all against all, the caretaker minister added prior to conferring the Branched Silver Order of Distinction to the scouts in the name of president Sleiman.


Ghassan Mkheiber represented Speaker Berri at the ceremony while representatives of leading Boy Scout organizations and the media were also invited.
