NNA - Maradah Trend Head, MP Sleiman Franjieh, thanked the Lord for the safe return of the 9 released Lebanese to their loved ones and homeland, after being unjustly kidnapped for the past year and a half.

"While we commend all efforts which led to this positive outcome, we hope for serious, intensive work in striving to ensure the release of Bishops Paul Yazigi and John Ibrahim and their return unharmed," added Franjieh in a statement issued shortly following the arrival of the released Lebanese in Beirut.
