NNA -  House Speaker Nabih Berri on Wednesday received, former Prime Minister Hassan Diab, at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El-Tineh, with whom he discussed general developments and political and field updates.

Speaker Berri also received Public Prosecutor, Judge Jamal Al-Hajjar.

On the other hand, Berri sent a cable of condolences to the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
