NNA - Lebanese Democratic Party leader, Talal Arslan, on Tuesday called for a return to the spirit of the constitution and its implementation, urging the need to rise above personal interests.

Speaking from Baabda presidential palace, Arslan expressed his hope that the new government would embody the qualities outlined in the presidential oath.
