NNA - MP Fouad Makhzoumi said that he asked the Prime Minister-designate, Najib Mikati, about the government's position on the "people-army-resistance" equation, as well as about the independence of the judiciary and the amendments to the financial recovery plan.

His remarks came following his meeting with Mikati on the second round of the non-binding consultations the PM-designate is holding at the parliament over the new government formation.
