NNA - Lebanese Kataeb Party Head, Sami Gemayel, on Tuesday received the new Australian Ambassador to Lebanon, Andrew Barnes, who came on an acquaintance visit.

The meeting was attended by the Party's Foreign Relations’ Cooridnator, Marwan Abdullah.

Discussions reportedly touched on the latest developments and the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Australia, as per a statement by Kataeb Party.

Separately, Gemayel met with Danish Ambassador to Lebanon, Merete Juhl, who came on a farewell visit.
