NNA - President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, met at Baabda Palace this morning with caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, with talks touching on the general situation and recent developments in the country.

The meeting was a chance to dwell on the Lebanese position concerning the issue of demarcating the southern maritime borders, on the eve of the two-day visit of the American mediator in the indirect negotiations, Ambassador Amos Hochstein, upcoming Monday to Beirut.
