A Delegation from Lebanese Embassy in Rome heads to Modena to follow up on fate of Lebanese in missing helicopter

NNA - Search for the missing helicopter in northern Italy has continued since last Thursday evening, with 7 people on board, including two Lebanese and four Turks, in addition to the pilot.

In this context, the National News Agency was able to obtain the names of the missing persons:

The Lebanese, Shadi Kreidi and Tariq Tayah, and the Turks:

 Kenar Serhat,

 Cez Arif,

 Ilker Ucak,

 Erbilaltug Bullent

The research is currently focused in the province of Modena in the area extending from the Alps to the Appennino Modenese mountains, specifically in the area adjacent to the municipality of Frassinero, where it is believed that the helicopter was lost in a forested area and natural reserves, due to a severe storm, and it is likely that the Italian pilot Corrado Livorin, aged 33-year-old, who has a lot of professional experience, had difficulty seeing, but work is underway with satellites to locate the plane.

A delegation from the Lebanese embassy in Rome, headed by Ambassador Mira Daher, and a delegation from the Turkish embassy, met yesterday in Modena, and they visited the regional governor, Alexandra Camboruta, to follow up the search operations closely.

"It is possible to find the missing plane today, and the place of its disappearance has been determined," confirmed the former Commissioner of Civil Defense Antonio Corbo in a phone call with the National News Agency.
