NNA - Zgharta’s Qaimaqam and Acting Municipality Head of El-Mina and Qalamoun, Iman Al-Rafei, on Friday welcomed Romanian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E. Radu Cătălin Mardare, who visited her with an accompanying delegation. 

Al-Rafei delivered a word in which she thanked the Romanian Ambassador and the accompanying delegation for their visit, noting the "good relations between Lebanon and Romania, which is a main destination for Lebanese students." 

For his part, Ambassador Mardare praised Al-Rafei’s achievements at the national and municipal levels.
