NNA - The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has suspended the Lebanese basketball federation for four years and banned the Lebanese team from participating in 2013 Asia cup, Head of the International Olympic Committee, Jean Hammam, announced Thursday.



The Lebanese national team has later on issued a statement whereby they expressed their grief over the situation that the game had reached and over the suspension decision.
