NNA - Together Lebanon Organization set up a semi-marathon in Tripoli, under patronage of care-taker Sports and Youth Minister Faysal Karami, with the participation of twenty thousand runners from various Lebanese regions and eight Asian and European countries.


Festivities surrounded the Maarad area with tents erected on the occasion and sweets and water distributed to participants.


Many social, political and security figures partook in the event, which also witnessed a heavy participation of athletes with special needs.
