NNA - Antranik basketball team notified Lebanese Basketball League that its men's team will not partake in Lebanon's championship for the first division due to financial reasons.
A statement by the sports club explained that sponsors preferred that the larger sum of the Club's budget go to building a multi-purpose hall on a property owned by Antranik Youth Association in Naccache.
The statement added, however, that the men's team was preparing for competing in the second division of the basketball championship.
