NNA - Lebanon's top prosecutor, Judge Jamal Al-Hajjar, has overturned a previous decision by former Prosecutor General Ghassan Oweidat that had halted cooperation with Judge Tarek Bitar, the lead investigator in the Beirut Port explosion case.
