NNA - Iran threatened on Sunday to use what it described as an offensive approach and increased force against its perceived enemies, according to Sky News Arabia.

In a statement, the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces warned "all enemies who have miscalculated that any threat, aggression, warmongering, or violation of Iran's territorial integrity will be responded to with increased force and an offensive approach."

The statement clarified that "the Iranian Armed Forces are prepared to defend their territory and principles with all their might."

The statement emphasized that Iran "has reached a stage of effective and sustainable defensive and military deterrence, making it prepared to respond forcefully to any threat or aggression," and will work to "monitor the movements and plots of enemies."

The statement affirmed that Iran "defends its principles, its land, and its people, while at the same time calling for regional and international peace and security."
