NNA - Minister of Information Paul Morcos took part in the official launch of ARCAD–Lebanon Academy, during an iftar hosted by Dr. Antoine Maalouf, Chairman and General Director of the French Levant Hospital, in honor of Professor Jacques Marescaux, founder of ARCAD.  

In his remarks, Morcos hailed the initiative as a pivotal moment for Lebanon’s medical and scientific advancement. He praised the launch of the first ARCAD center in the Middle East as a sign of confidence in Lebanon’s capabilities, saying, “Lebanon can once again become a medical and scientific capital for the region.”  

Moreover, Morcos emphasized the importance of combining technological innovation with Lebanon’s human and cultural assets, adding that such efforts reinforce the country’s potential to export knowledge and expertise. 

Morcos also commended the hospital’s leadership for driving forward a vision rooted in both excellence and national pride.
