NNA - House Speaker Nabih Berri met today at Ain al-Tineh Palace with Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, with talks touching on the general situation and political and field developments in light of Israel's continued violations of the ceasefire and Resolution 1701.

Speaker Berri also reviewed developments and matters related to the telecommunications sector during his meeting with Tele-Communications Minister Charles Hajj.

The Speaker had previously received the head of the Public Procurement Authority in Lebanon, Judge Jean Aliieh, with whom he discussed the Public Procurement Law and the need to issue its implementing decrees.
