NNA – Lebanese Kataeb Party Head, MP Sami Gemayel, on Thursday visited the British Embassy in Beirut, and offered condolences to British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hamish Cowell, over the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

MP Gemayel was accompanied by a delegation comprising MPs Nadim Gemayel, Elias Hankash and Dr. Salim Sayegh, in addition to former Minister Dr. Alain Hakim and the Party's Foreign Relations' Coordinator, Marwan Abdullah.

Registering a word on the book of condolences, MP Gemayel said that “Her Majesty The Queen has been a symbol of peace and tolerance and a legend for all generations around the globe.”
