Mikati says economic and financial situation requires everybody’s cooperation, meets Russian ambassador, Ministers of Social Affairs and Telecommunications

NNA - Prime Minister, Najib Miqati, on Wednesday stressed that the stifling economic, financial and social conditions require that all cooperate in order to activate the government's work to carry out the required solutions and to cooperate with Parliament to approve the basic steps within the framework of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other concerned international bodies.

"The inter-ministerial meetings and workshops are  being held to complete the required files, run the administration wheel, and put things on the correct treatment track, but the basis remains in resuming the sessions of the Council of Ministers, starting with the steps required to resolve the emerging dispute with the Gulf states," Mikati said.
