NNA - The foreign ministers of Somalia and the breakaway region of Somaliland said on Friday that they had not received any proposal from the United States or Israel to resettle Palestinians from Gaza, and Mogadishu reiterated its categorical rejection of any such move, according to Reuters.

The Associated Press also quoted American and Israeli officials as saying that the United States and Israel had contacted officials from Sudan, Somalia, and the breakaway region of Somaliland to resettle Palestinians from the devastated Gaza Strip.
