NNA - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Moscow on Saturday of delaying talks on a 30-day truce proposed by Kyiv and Washington, with the aim of strengthening its position on the battlefield, according to Agence France-Presse.
"They want a stronger position before the ceasefire. The delay in the process is actually linked... to their efforts to improve their position on the battlefield," Zelenskyy said at a press conference.
