NNA - Russian and US officials have finished talks in Istanbul on resolving embassy issues, Russian news agencies reported Thursday.

The talks at the US consul general's residence ended after almost six and a half hours, RIA Novosti state news agency reported, saying the Russian delegation left in a minibus without speaking to the press. -- AFP
