NNA - Director General of the Ministry of Culture, Faysal Taleb, launched on Friday during a press conference, the Lebanese program studied by participants in the 32 edition of the International Exhibition of Sharjah, at the United Arab Emirates, where Lebanon will be the guest of honor.
"Choosing Lebanon as the guest of honor at this event, which will take place from November 6 to 16, sheds light on the creativity of the Lebanese in different domains," Taleb said.
Taleb explained that according to the organizers of this event, Lebanon was chosen because of the large role played at the intellectual level and the Arab culture.
He also hoped that this event would be an opportunity to depict the cultural face of Lebanon at its best.
The official Lebanese delegation at this event will be chaired by caretaker Minister of Culture, Gaby Layoun.
