Geagea: Hezbollah has a welldefined plan to lay hand on Lebanon

NNA - Lebanese Forces (LF) Head, Samir Geagea, regarded what happened on Monday at Saint Joseph University (USJ) as not posing "a small problem," pointing out the existence of a well-defined plan by Hezbollah to lay its hand on Lebanon.

The LF leader's words came on Monday in a press conference he held at his Meerab residence, to dwell on the USJ dispute that erupted today at the University's Huvelin Campus in Beirut, against the backdrop of the results of the elections of the university's student council.

Geagea categorically deplored said incident, indicating that a number of Hezbollah students placed a flag on a pole near the USJ premises in Aschrafieh- however USJ pupils attempted to ignore said action.

Geagea also said that around 150 members of Hezbollah came from outside the University and surrounded it, with the university administration asking of its pupils to remain inside.

Geagea called on University administration to open a probe into incident and urged Justice Minister to take requisite measures in this regard.
