NNA - Government Commissioner to the Military Court, Judge Saqr Saqr, received from the Military Investigative Judge Riad Abu Ghayda three arguments presented by former Deputy Ali Eid's Lawyer, Hiam Eid.
Eid's lawyer, Hiam Eid, also requested the release of Eid's driver, Ahmad Ali, and opposed a search warrant against her client.
Saqr is to study the three arguments to give his recommendation and refer them back to Abu Ghayda to take a decision in this concern.
