NNA - The Syrian conflict must not spill over into Lebanon, caretaker Social Affairs' minister Wael Bou-Fa'our, told a visiting Jama'a Islamiyya delegation he'd met at Rashayya-based Kamal Jumblatt Cultural Center today.



Whatever happens in Syria must remain confined to that country for we reject a strife-ridden region, Bou-Fa'our added. Recent incorrect rapports between sects in Rashayya-Arqoub villages are mere reflections of the Syrian crisis whereas the joined battle in Syria is between an oppressed people striving for liberty and dignity and a despotic regime bent on killing the people, he went on. PSP leader Walid Jumblatt, the Jama'a Islamiyya and Future Bloc dignitaries are working together to ward off harmful incitement designed to split our folks along sectarian lines, he warned.
