NNA - Defense Higher Council General Secretary, Major General, Mohammad Kheir, was assigned as the temporary General Secretariat of the Higher Relief Committee (HRC).



The assignment of Kheir came after outgoing Najib Mikati gave the Committee's General Secretariat, Ibrahim Bachir, an administrative vacation.



Major General Kheir and Mohammad El-Dine Dandashli, the financial advisor of Mikati, were delegated to sign, united not individually, to manage the accounts of the HRC.
