NNA - Governor of UAE's Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammad al-Qassimi, and caretaker Minister of Culture, Gaby Layoun, on Wednesday inaugurated the activities of the 32nd edition of the international book fair at Expo center in the city, where Lebanon is an honor guest.



In a word delivered in the name of Lebanon, Layoun thanked Sharjah governor "for having given our country the privilege of being the honor guest in this international book fair."


"Lebanon has always been a haven of creativity and a source of culture," he added.


"Our participation in this book fair demonstrates the interaction and cooperation between Lebanon and UAE," he concluded.
