NNA - A personal dispute on Friday broke out between youths from Njoud family and others from Samman's in Tripoli, NNA correspondent in the region reported.



The dispute took a bad turn as fire shooting sparked near Moussa Cafe in Bab Raml region of the city. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
