NNA - MP Boutros Harb on Wednesday blamed the Lebanese government of lightly handling the distribution of Syrian refugees over various Lebanese regions, pushing for a plan to organize their logistics in a way that facilitates security control.
In a statement issued today, Harb also sounded the alarm over a growing threat which lies in the replacement of the Lebanese by the Syrian workforce, warning that this could only aggravate the social and economic crises at the local scene.
"Thank God that the incident that took place in Halat yesterday did not leave any innocent victims," he said, adding that he was not surprised by the information revealed about the identity of the perpetrator, who seems to be an officer at the Syrian intelligence services.
