NNA - Outgoing Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, met Tuesday at the Grand Serail with the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Derek Plumbly, and the Regional Director of the World Bank's Middle East Office, Farid Belhadj.



Speaking to reporters following the meeting, Plumbly said talks touched on the under preparations for an international meeting in New York on forthcoming 25 September.



Mikati later met with the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Patrice Paoli, over the Lebanese-French bilateral ties.



The pair also discussed the current situation in Lebanon and the broader Arab region.



Caretaker Minister of Justice, Shakib Qortbawi, had also been to the Grand Serail today for talks with the outgoing Premier over an array of relevant ministerial affairs.
