NNA - The Government's Commissioner at the Military Court, Judge Sakr Sakr, on Tuesday headed to Halat - Byblos to inspect the explosion scene of a suspicious device that mysteriously led to the death of a Syrian citizen earlier this morning.
The Syrian citizen was reported killed with an unidentified explosive device at his residence in Halat - Byblos on Tuesday morning.
The Internal Security Forces duly launched investigations into this incident in a bid to unveil the identity of the Syrian citizen, as well as the cause of death.
The ISF Information Branch arrested the brother of the dead Syrian as well as his sister-in-law and his girlfriend who live with him all in the same room where the explosion occurred.
Lebanese Army explosive experts are currently inspecting two cars that were parked near the explosion scene.
