NNA - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius warned Damascus on Monday that it will bear serious consequences in the event of failure to respect its commitments on chemical weapons, announcing better support for the Syrian opposition.



Fabius said during a joint press conference after talks with his American counterpart John Kerry and Britain's William Hague "We are determined to get a strong resolution from the UN Security Council in the coming days."
