NNA - MP Hani Qobeissei said Sunday during an event in south Lebanon that the initiative by Speaker Nabih Berri is aimed at bringing together the views of different political parties to resolve the country's problems to immune Lebanon against all threats.
Qobeissei represented Berri during the opening of a sports complex in Zawtar village in southern Lebanon.
"Some in Lebanon refuse dialogue and seek strife. We fear they are awaiting instructions from abroad to facilitate the implementation of government formation or the revival of the work of Parliament."
The MP called for prevailing dialogue over the logic of divisiveness, noting that Syria is now in the process of dialogue, which would have an impact on the Arab world.
