NNA - Mounif al- Meqdad, the father of kidnapped citizen Yusuf al Meqdad on Monday received a text message on his cell phone requesting a ransom worth of $150 thousand, "or else forget that you've ever had a son named Yusuf," the message said, NNA field reporter said.



It is to note that Meqdad's cousin received a similar message.
