NNA - Hezbollah is not only a terrorist group but dangerously divisive too, Sunni mufti of Mt. Lebanon cleric Muhammad-Ali Jouzou exclaimed in his public statement today.



Party terrorism manifested itself first and foremost during the attempt on Marwan Hmadeh's life and second on Hariri's assassination, Jouzou added.



Singing the tune of resisting Israel and claiming action in defense of the Palestinian Cause were mere cover-ups for party criminality; vicious party proxy war in Syria unveils the reality of Iran's involvement as part of its major anti-Arab role, the cleric said.



EU's belated stigmatization of Hezbollah as a terrorist organization coupled with EU reluctance to arm the Free Syrian Army, he added. Hezbollah's dangerous attitude has been best manifested by attempts conducted by party-affiliated militias to impose their own brand of Shiism on other Muslims and by toppling of the government at the hands of the party and throwing the country into a state of chaos, he added.



How would the Aounist farce help Hezbollah's blocking the formation of a new government? Isn't this real terrorism? Jouzou concluded.
