NNA - MP Walid Jumblatt said the need for forming a cabinet must not take into consideration sharing ministerial portfolios in accordance with political volumes, especially "that there is nothing biggest in the country than the Lebanese citizen and more important than their daily life matters amidst the economic stagnation and social problems."



Jumblatt's fresh stance came Monday in the context of his weekly editorial to Al Anbaa newspaper.



Turning to the Syrian file, Jumblatt criticized the ongoing absence of international and regional agreement over holding Geneva II conference that was approved months ago.



In this connection, Jumblatt called for a political solution in Syria, in terms of forming a transitional government that would oust President Bashar Assad and punish all those officials in the Syrian regime who are responsible for massacres in the country.
