NNA - The sit-in staged by part-time workers before the EDL building has been adjourned and tomorrow has been declared a regular working day due to the lack of a plenary parliament session.
Day workers announced that, in case the full-time employment bill was presented under the same formula, they would resume their sit-in and take escalating measures.
It is to note that, earlier today, one of the EDL workers was transferred in a hurry to a nearby hospital due to burn injuries in his feet as he tried to set himself ablaze.
Part-time workers had also cut off the road with burning tires at the western entrance of the EDL building as ISF worked on clearing the roads.
